The site was started as early as 1996 which is the same year that the organisation AX-Finland was founded. The site has become a great success and it has given the Helkama AX the recognition it deserves, as well as a cult status.

The goal of founding AX-Finland was to make a small, kind of "Hell's Angels"-like motorclub, devoted to the Helkama AX.
